Quick-start instructions for helpers running the Brave Kudu Flavor Lab booth during a busy shift.
- Check inventory board and pull low-stock items for priority prep.
- Warm the prep station and set out clearly labeled serving trays.
- Confirm customer spice preference before final seasoning.
- Log each completed order to keep stock counts accurate.
- Close by sanitizing all tools and recording flavor feedback notes.
