Brave Kudu Service Instructions

Quick-start instructions for helpers running the Brave Kudu Flavor Lab booth during a busy shift.

  1. Check inventory board and pull low-stock items for priority prep.
  2. Warm the prep station and set out clearly labeled serving trays.
  3. Confirm customer spice preference before final seasoning.
  4. Log each completed order to keep stock counts accurate.
  5. Close by sanitizing all tools and recording flavor feedback notes.
